The Megacell H provides low footprint versus flow rate and is highly energy efficient. The heart of the Megacell H is a horizontal range of special “U” shaped elements that allows the use of both co-current and counter-current lamella clarification.
Sophisticated, patented technology and use of “U” shaped elements provide maximum flowrate per surface area and flowrate per unit of capital investment for the Megacell V.
Supercell is our very high flowrate clarifier. The “zero velocity” water distribution/recovery concept allows the perfect clarification of very high flows with minimum hydraulic turbulence in a tank with only 400 mm water depth.
The Minicell is the simplest and smallest DAF clarifier in the KWI product line. It is designed for small flows. The tank and the construction of the Minicell can be adapted according to the type of the effluent, the inlet solid concentration and the requirements of the application.
KWI Klaricell has a compact footprint and is the best solution when high-quality water is required. The unique combination of DAF clarification and double media sand filtration achieves excellent water quality in one single consciously operating clarifier.
The Sedicell is the most recommended DAF product for sludge thickening. The mechanically simple and robust construction combined with sophisticated hydraulic design allows constant and reliable performance in any conditions.

The Unicell Big Flow is KWI’s solution for big water flows. It is a well-proven technology for seawater desalination pre-treatment, for surface drinking water production and tertiary waste water treatment.
The Flotofilter performs a two-stage treatment process in one single tank by combining dissolved air flotation and multi-media filtration to achieve excellent filtered water quality.
The KWI multi megacell vertical increases the effective flow area of the unit and enhances the hydraulic capacity of the system by equipping “U” shaped elements. This further increases the efficiency of our MCV unit, which already has the highest clarification efficiency, occupying minimal footprint.
